This year’s Annual General Meeting and Gathering is to be held on Saturday 5 September 2015 at The Arnold House, Elsee Road, Rugby.
The venue is easily accessible as it is on the ground floor with doors opening onto the car park. Disabled parking spaces can be requested, and general car parks are only a few minutes’ walk away (as are the shops!).
The day will commence at 9.30 am, with the AGM starting at 10 am.
We would encourage all members to come along and be part of this important event for the Society! Following the formal business there will be a presentation (about 20 minutes long) and an opportunity to catch up with friends and hopefully make new ones too!
After lunch, there will be a raffle with wonderful prizes – not forgetting the official Cave Gathering photograph! The day will finish about 5pm, and while we vacate the room, it will be transformed for the evening meal for those wishing to stay (pre booking required).
The venue does not offer rooms for overnight accommodation, but there are a number of hotels and B&Bs close by.
All are welcome; you do not have to be a member of the Cave FH society! Non members would be most welcome to attend for the social part of the day which begins after the formal business of the AGM.
